# Connect Claude

> Add Travelyfe to Claude so it can plan and save itineraries for you.

Add Travelyfe to Claude as a custom connector and Claude can search, build and save itineraries in your account. See [Connect An Assistant](https://docs.ahmedmediagroup.com/en/connect-an-assistant) for what that allows.

## Before You Start

- **Plan.** Custom connectors work on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. Free accounts can add one.
- **Where.** Set it up at [claude.ai](https://claude.ai) or in Claude Desktop. Once added, it's also in Claude on the web, Claude Desktop, Cowork and the Claude mobile apps. Adding connectors from the mobile apps is in beta, so use the web or desktop to set it up.

## Connect

  **Free, Pro And Max**

    
    1. Open **Customize > Connectors**.
    
    2. Choose **+**, then **Add custom connector**.
    
    3. Enter the address `https://api.travelyfe.com/mcp` and choose **Add**. Leave **Advanced settings** empty.
    
    4. Choose **Connect**. A Travelyfe sign-in page opens: sign in and approve access.
    
    
  
  **Team And Enterprise**

    
    5. An owner opens **Organization settings > Connectors** and chooses **Add**, then **Custom > Web**.
    
    6. The owner enters `https://api.travelyfe.com/mcp`, leaves **Advanced settings** empty and chooses **Add**.
    
    7. Each member opens **Customize > Connectors**, finds Travelyfe and chooses **Connect**, then signs in to Travelyfe and approves access.
    
    
  

## Use It

In a chat, choose **+** in the lower left, open **Connectors** and turn on Travelyfe. Then ask, for example: *Plan four days in Lisbon in May and save it to Travelyfe.*

Claude can ask for your approval before it does something. Anything it creates is saved to your account as a private itinerary.

To turn a web page, a PDF or photos into an itinerary, share them in the chat and ask Claude to save it to Travelyfe. For a TikTok, Reel or YouTube video, use **Create** in the Travelyfe app.

## Disconnect

In Claude, open **Customize > Connectors** and remove Travelyfe. Then, in Travelyfe, open **Account > Settings > Integrations** and disconnect Claude.

## If It Doesn't Work

- **Claude asks you to sign in again.** Choose **Connect** on the Travelyfe connector.
- **Travelyfe isn't in your chat.** Choose **+**, open **Connectors** and turn it on.
- **You can't add a connector.** On Team and Enterprise, an owner has to add it first.
- **The connector won't add.** Check the address, and leave **Advanced settings** empty.
