# Use The Calendar

> See the flights, hotels and stops from all your itineraries in one calendar, by day, week, month or year.

The **Calendar** tab puts every itinerary you have on one calendar, so you can see what is coming up and when your journeys overlap.

## Steps

1. Tap the **Calendar** tab.

2. Choose **Day**, **Week**, **Month** or **Year** at the top. Travelyfe remembers your choice.

3. Move through time with the arrows. Tap **Today** to jump back to today.

4. Tap an entry to open its itinerary.

## What You See

Each itinerary has its own colour. Its days appear in the calendar, with its flights, hotels and timed stops on the days they happen.

In the **Day** view, each entry shows which day of the itinerary it is, such as Day 2 of 5.

## On A Mac

The **Calendar** menu has **Day**, **Week**, **Month**, **Year**, **Today**, **Previous** and **Next**:

| --- | --- |
| **⌥⌘1** to **⌥⌘4** | Day, Week, Month, Year |
| **⌘T** | Today |
| **⌘←** and **⌘→** | Previous and Next |

## If It Doesn't Work

- **The calendar is empty.** Add dates to an itinerary. An itinerary without dates has nothing to show. See [Create An Itinerary](https://docs.ahmedmediagroup.com/en/itineraries).
- **"Loading Your Calendar" doesn't finish.** Check you are online and try again.

## Limits

The calendar shows your itineraries inside Travelyfe. It does not add them to the Calendar app on your device.
